"I feel I was overcharged for coverage based on wildly inaccurate usage estimates. Faby and her team originally based my policy on 60,000 miles per year for a secondary vehicle over 35 years old. Unrealistic is an understatement.

My premiums went from $539 in September 2025, to $762.11 in March 2026, to $962.46 in July 2026. Their attempted 20,000-mile “correction” did not resolve the issue, and the $962 bill was the last straw.

After years as State Farm customers with multiple vehicles, I expected much better customer service.

Shouldn't be this complicated. I would not recommend this team."
