My experience with Juan: He is a kind and caring person that helped me so much by giving me better options to lower my payment. After my payment went through the roof with the new laws in CA placed on insured drivers to pay for uninsured drivers and doubling Bodily Injury from 15/30K to 30/60K I was very concerned about staying within my monthly budget with everything else going up as well. Juan is an asset to State Farm and more importantly as a Customer Service Rep in general. Most of us are experiencing a decline in Customer Service or no CS across the board. I wish more companies had Juan's working for them. Sorry Ai no comparison to an actual human being.
